Effective Coaching Services
Ho'oku'u
A guided meditation using Hawaiian healing arts to release stress, anxiety, fear and other negative emotions. As effective as MER and preferred by people who are into energy work. The results can be felt immediately.
Phobia Removal
A guided process to get rid of your phobia once and for all.
Ho'oponopono
A guided process to align with and clean up your genealogy as well as to clean up your relationships with other people in your life. This process helps when dealing with grief and loss, in situations where someone has wronged you, or used to strengthen a relationship with a loved one. This resets your spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical bodies to be more in alignment with who you want to be and manifest what you want to do and have.
Breakthrough Session
This is the most powerful session that we offer where we supercharge your physical and mental self. A Breakthrough Session is a 6 - 8 hour session done over a period of 2 days. We do a detailed personal history to dig up all your baggage related to your health. We then use MER – Mental and Emotional Release® work to release the negative emotions, limiting beliefs and any conflicts at the unconscious level. We finish by getting clear on what YOU really want, we set your goals and intentions, and we elicit your values so you know how to make decisions based on what is best for you. This is a life changing session.
Transformational Coaching
What would your life look like if you could achieve the goal you never thought possible? This is a 6 month journey with weekly calls to completely change your life. We begin with a Breakthrough Session. Once the baggage is released, we then figure out what is it that YOU really want. Then the real work begins, which is taking action and staying focused; this is where coaching comes in. As your coach I keep you accountable. I help you stay focused and in the right mindset. When you face challenges and undesired patterns we explore creative options to course correct and ensure you are moving closer to your desired goal. You come out a completely empowered being no matter what.
Mental and Emotional Release®
Mental and Emotional Release® is a clinically researched approach using Timeline Therapy to help you release stress, anxiety, fear and other negative emotions. By utilizing MER you can overcome procrastination, phobias and PTSD.
